Cleaning:Storage & Seminar room

今日は倉庫とセミナー室の掃除をしました。

入っているものを取り出して、

前から組み立てておいたラックを入れて、

その中に出したものを整理して入れる。

きっとエクササイズ分くらいは動けたはず。(笑)

最近読んだ本によると、掃除をすることでやる気スイッチが入るらしいです。

私も部屋の掃除しようかな。

Today we cleaned storage and Seminar room.

Firstly, we took out tools there.

Then we set 3 lacks that we had assembled,

and we returned tools in order.

I think cleaning can replace exercise.

Cleaning can motivate us by the book I read recently.

I also will clean my room.
