Face-to-face lecture started（Shirai）

　コロナウイルスへの対応として、リモートでの講義が実施されていました。しかし、後期から一部の期間を対象に対面講義が解禁となりました。座席は1つ空けて座り、毎講義の座席を記録します。感染経路を特定するためです。マスク着用は必須で、至る所に消毒用のアルコールが設置されています。

　私は小白川キャンパスで複数の講義を受講しています。それは話し合いを取り入れ、意見交換を行います。もちろん感染予防はしながらですが、久々に面と向かって接するのは新鮮で、内容もリモート時より深くなる気がしました。私は楽しめましたし、やはり対面講義は必要だと思いました。

　話は大学から一般的な企業に変わります。ネット記事を見るとリモートワークは職場での人間関係のストレスを軽減するというメリットがあるそうです。大いに納得です。そのため、出社再開の企業ではそれに悲観的な社員もいるようです。一方、逆にリモートによるストレス増加もあるとかないとかです（“リモート　人間関係”で検索）。

　皆さんはどちらがいいですか。最適なのは両方を織り交ぜる方法でしょうか。ただ、対面で直接話すといい考えが浮かんだり、その人を信頼出来たり、メリットが若干勝っていると私は思います。

　A remote lecture was held as a response to the coronavirus. However, face-to-face lectures have been lifted for some periods from the second half. One seat will be vacant and the seats for each lecture will be recorded. This is to identify the infection route. Wearing a mask is mandatory and alcohol is installed everywhere.

　I am taking multiple lectures at the Kojirakawa campus. It incorporates discussions and exchanges views. Of course, while preventing infection, it was refreshing to have face-to-face contact after a long time, and I felt that the content was deeper than when remote. I enjoyed it and thought that face-to-face lectures were still necessary.

　The story changes from a university to a general company. Looking at online articles, it seems that remote work has the advantage of reducing the stress of relationships in the workplace. I am very convinced. As a result, some companies that have resumed work seem to be pessimistic about it. On the other hand, on the contrary, there is also an increase in stress due to remote control (search for "remote work human relations").

　Which do you prefer? Is the best way to interweave both? However, I think that talking face-to-face directly gives me a good idea, trusts the person, and has some advantages.
