One day in autumn

ある秋の日。ちょっと時間があったものだから、調査に行くことにしたわけだ。宮城県の県境のちょっと手前。天気も良くてなぁ。こんな日に調査をできる仕事に心から感謝だ。さて、大学への帰路、街道わきの雰囲気ある蕎麦屋。こりゃたまらないので、思わず入る。まぁ昼だったし。こういうのが完璧な一日、っていうんだな。

When there is a free time I want to go out for a research. If the weather is good I have nothing to complain. One day, in the automun, I was in the river side, shown in the picture, near the border of Miyagi and Yamagata prefectures. Well, this is a week day, and this is my job doing some research in the field under this beautiful weather condition. On the way going back to lab, it was lunch time. I saw some Soba noodle shop on the road side, and I could not resist of that atmosphere of the shop. And their Soba was superb. It was just a perfect day.
