Noodles in Tsukuba

Does Tsukuba sound what for you?

Me, it reminds me some Exposition which was held several decades ago.

I was a kid who loves Sio noodle in Hakodate, famous for this kind of noodle.

つくばと聞いて思い出すことはなんですか？

私の場合、数十年前のとある万博。つくばエクスポ。

その時、函館の塩ラーメンが大好きな少年だった私。

And this is noodle in Tsukuba.

そしてこれがつくばでのラーメン。

Good picture of dish is usually difficult, and it would be often not better than a real one.

But surprisingly, this is exactly what I saw in a diner of Tsukuba yesterday.

料理の写真って難しい。本当の姿がうまく撮れない。たいていはまずく見える。

でもね、この写真はそのまんま。まさに昨日みたまんまだ。

I must admit this is a good value (about 600YEN), really satisfied.

う～ん、、、なんでだろう、思ったよりうまくてびっくりした。

いやいやまてまて、びっくりは大げさか。へぇ、くらいですね。

それに600円くらいとお得。

Well...anyway, the meeting I attended was good, and I learned many things.

It was very good to be away from Tsuruoka sometime.

そうそう、会議自体は大変勉強になるものでした。

う～む、鶴岡からはるばるでかけた甲斐がありました。
