ガムシたちの宴 Baquet of Hydrophilidae

I saw a banquet of Hydrophilidae at some convenience stores.

After long time in water they finally flow to the sky in the night of the full moon.

近所のコンビニで。満月の今夜にガムシたちの宴を見た。

長いときを水のなかで過ごし、とうとう飛び立ったのだろう、満月の今夜に。

At least three kinds of Hydrophilidae, Berosus was the most abundant, Hydrophilus acuminatus and Hydrochara affinis was there. It would be like the first time going out from your home after spending 20 years.

少なくても三種類のガムシがいた。ゴマフガムシが沢山に、ついでガムシにコガムシだ。

まるでそれは、成人までの２０年間を過ごした家を初めて出たかのような感じなのだろうか。
