Banana in Africa

This is a lunch on someday in Africa that I ate. It was a long trip to some village up in the mountain somewhere in Cameroon. In Cameroon it is said that all Africa is present, as the big variation in environments due to big differences in altitude varying from seashore to mountain. In general, their basic taste is a little acidity. This banana also. Also, it taste quite different from that in Japan or Indonesia. The one in the picture has no sweetness, but a little acidity. People here eat this Banana a lot in every meal. This is the world, full of interesting. So, which is the next Africa?
