Do you know pea aphid?

Pea aphid (Acyrthosiphon pisum) is a important pest especially for Leguminosae plant. Aphid can damage in plant with sucking in leaf. They will sucking nutrition with their mouthpart to get nutrition from the leaf. We can see from their morphology, it is small and it make them easy to move from one place to another place. Pea aphid will do reproduction with parthenogenecis. Do you know parthenogenesis? Parthenogenesis or asexual reproduction is one of the reproduction type in insect that is reproduction without mating with male adult. It is very easy for aphids to have many offspring in their population. In the aphids activity, they can easy to inducing wings in their body when they don’t get optimum nutrition for their body and when the predator presence in their environment. Some aphids somestimes can be a vector that can bring virus what can damage or spread in plant that they sucking before. I think aphid is interesting insect for studying, do you think so? Thank you!!!
