24 April 2020 is the first day for Muslim to start the holy Ramadan times. Do you know Ramadan? Ramadan is the holy time for Muslim to have fasting from the sunrise to sunset in 1 month. In Ramadan there is special praying just for 1 month we called it “Tarawih”. Muslim will be gathering to pray tarawih together. When I am Indonesia, there are many invitations for fasting break together from my friend from elementary school until university, sometimes we also killing time before fasting break with buy some Indonesian food or dessert. But in this condition, we can’t fasting break together and praying tarawih together due to the pandemic of Corona virus (COVID-19). The government decided to limit mass gathering and we should work from home and there is no gathering for praying and fasting break together. But Indonesia student still have Muslim lecture at twice in one week by zoom. We have fasting break and pray together with our roommate. Hopefully the condition getting better sooner and we can gathering together again. For me, can spend my Ramadan in Japan is as beautiful gift in this year. Thank you…
