実験に向けての除草作業(weeding for experiment)

6月も終盤になり、３年生は実験のために除草作業をしました。自分にとって今年度初の本格的な除草作業でした。実験で使う予定の広さは最大でも１６×１３メートルなのですが少し余裕をもって多めに除草しました。２時間半ぐらいかけて終わったものがこの写真になります。途中、ガソリンを２度入れ替えたり、刈り払い機の刃の部分がナイロンコードなので消耗してしまい取り替えたりなどしていたら予想以上に時間がかかりました。やっとこれで耕起ができるのでこれからなるべく早く実験に移れるように今後も頑張ろうと思います。

In the end of June. B3 student did weeding to do experiment. This is my first weeding in this year. We will use field 16×13 meter at maximum but we did weeding more area to have margin. That picture is the result, it takes two hour to make this. While the time, we refilled gasoline two times, and blade of weeding machine made of nylon. it is exhausted, so we changed it. We did like that it takes more time than I expected. Now we can do plowing. I will make effort to do our experiment as soon as possible.
