OSHABERI - Indonesia Student Association in Japan

Now I am joining with Indonesia Student Association in Japan. This organisation is for all Indonesia student in japan for doing some activity together. Our main task is helping Indonesia student in Japan. One of our programs is OSHABERI. This program is to inform Indonesia student who want to continue their study in Japan with scholarship or talk about how-to live-in Japan. Today is my schedule as moderator. I interviewed one of Indonesia student about Sakura Science Project in Kwansei Gakuin University. She is now master student in Biomedical engineering and she was alumni of Sakura science program. I was surprised when I know her age is younger than me, she still around 22 years old and already master student. She graduated from her university only in 3 years (normally 4 years). I think she is very hard worker woman and she is very inspired us with her achievement. She said “Don’t be scared to try” yes this is simple word but very meaningful.

今私は日本のインドネシア学生会に参加しています。この組織は日本にいるすべてのインドネシア学生のためにあり、いくつかの活動を一緒に行っています。私達の主な仕事は日本にいるインドネシア学生の手助けをすることです。私達のプログラムの一つにおしゃべりというものがあります。このプログラムでは日本で研究を続けたいインドネシア学生に奨学金について教えたり、日本での生活の仕方について話し合ったりしています。私は今日司会者として参加しました。私はインドネシア学生の一人に関西学院大学のさくらサイエンスプロジェクトについてインタビューしました。今彼女は医用生体工学の修士学生で、さくらサイエンスプログラムの卒業生でもあります。私は彼女の年齢が私よりも若いことを知り驚きました。彼女はまだ22歳ですが修士学生です。彼女は大学を3年間で卒業しました（通常は4年間）。私は彼女がとても勤勉な女性だと思い、そんな彼女の功績は私達を鼓舞してくれます。彼女は“挑戦することを恐れないで”と言っていました。これは簡単な言葉ですが、とても意味のあるものだと感じました。
