Zoom open new possibility

研究室ではTAの機会が頻繁に訪れます。今年はコロナウイルスの影響で講義はzoomです。顔が見えない状態で音声が届きます。今回は個人的に感じる利点を紹介します。

　①リラックスして受講できる

　②調べ作業を同時に行いながら受講できるため、理解が深まる

　③質問に対して自ら回答する、そのハードルは比較的低い

　④どこにいても受講できる

　ざっくりこんな感じでしょうか。①と④は多くの方々が実感することだと思います。

　②は時々するのですが、以前の対面講義ではできませんでした。

（スマートフォンをいじるのって、少し気が引けてしまうので）

私は③をTA時に感じます。講義では自主的に回答を求める場面があります。そんな時、手を上げ意見を述べる人が多いです。これは、zoomによる新しい可能性でしょうか。

今後ますます講義は進化しそうです。

Different with last year, the lecture conducted by online (zoom) because of corona issue.

Only voice delivered to us, no seeing others.

In this time, I introduce the merits of this method.

Ⅰ. Taking lecture with relaxing

Ⅱ. Taking lecture while searching for, it leads to understand further

Ⅲ. Answering questions spontaneously with less difficulty than previous style

Ⅳ. Taking lecture anywhere

These things are enough, I think. Ⅰ and Ⅳ are understandable to almost people.

I do Ⅱ sometime, but could not previously. (Using smartphone in front of lecturer is distracted for me)

I feel ③ at TA. In the lecture, there are occasions where we voluntarily ask for answers.

At such times, many people raise their hands and give their opinions.

Is this a new possibility with zoom?

Lectures are likely to evolve in the future.
