Yesterday, 11.45 was the time to leave Japan. It is so hard to say goodbye because there are so many great memories that make us don’t want to go back to Indonesia. The condition of the airport is the same as before, still not crowded and we should wait with social distancing to check in. People used masks and prepared disinfectant. In the airplane, we also did social distance with some passengers and kept wearing a mask. We saw some Japanese people goes to Indonesia using the same airplane with us, one of them will go to Bali.
For the procedure to Indonesia, we should do a PCR test to see if it is infected by the corona virus or not. So, while we check in, the staff of the airplane give us some choice to choose which is one place that we want to do PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) Test and quarantine after abroad. After the result showed negative, we were allowed to continue to our hometown.
There are two choices which are wanted to government facilities (free or no need pay) or need pay around Rp. 1.500.000 for pcr and Rp. 650.000 rent for a room in the hotel. Some people choose to pay by using Garuda Indonesia Airlines facilities because they need the result as soon as possible to continue their way back home. For some people that choose government facilities will do in Wisma Atlet in Pademangan that the result will be published 2-3 day after the test.
In the airplane we should fill some forms related to our condition and our track journey like this one. The procedure after arriving in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, we should write some documents as to our condition and fill the quarantine form. In this section, we should decide the location to do a PCR test and quarantine. After that, we will separate to some group which one does in government facilities and other locations.
Dewi san chose to take the PCR test by Garuda Indonesia airlines. Ilmam san and Louren san chose to take the PCR in Wisma Atlet in Pademangan. After arriving in the Wisma Atlet in Pademangan, we made a group to easily coordinate for tomorrow PCR test. We also get some information and intructions about what we should do during stay in this place and fill form to do PCR test.
In there, we divide into different towers among men and women. Every room will stay by 3 people from some group or different group. After arriving, we take a rest first and do PCR test next day. Goverment also provides services for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
For the PCR test, we should waiting around 1-1.5 hours because there are people from various abroad. It started from 08.00-15.00. After did PCR test, we back to our home. We need to wait until the results came out.
While Dewi and several people chose PCR test with Garuda Indonesia Airlines went to Swiss Bell Hotel. Dewi did the PCR test on the same day after arriving at the hotel. After that, she stayed in the hotel room until the PCR results came out. The hotel provides services for dinner, breakfast and lunch. The office from the hotel provided meals in each room. Today, the PCR results have come out and Dewi did not infected by the Coronavirus. The result is negative. After that, Dewi continued going back to Jogja.
